I have to it, I hate watched this film a few hours ago, and it is terrible, but not fully awful. The first part of the film is truly terrible. Almost all of the jokes are dry and shitty, apart from a few. The songs were just terrible. And overall, the premise of the film is a negative message. But, I like the straight white maliens, they are very funny throughout the film. I also enjoy the development of the ships views. It is mostly subtle, which I like, but it shows how some people can learn to adapt and respect those around them. And my overall favourite part is the way the main character's phyce is shown, along with the development of her self esteem and confidence over the course of the film through a physical embodiment of all her self doubts and fears. Unfortunately, it is ruined by the summoning of her axe, along with it being shown far too early in the film to hold any significance in the starting development. Overall, I did not enjoy sitting through the first part, but ended warming up to it towards the end. Also, the film did not make full use of it's characters and could have extended it further, developing relationships and expanding on personalities.
