Well if the aliens appearance changes from who is transforming (and considering all of the aliens ben can become seem to be male) it would make sense that it does although we don't know if it just changes the gender or other physical features.On the topic of whether the aliens would know about and practice circumcision probably not it wouldn't really make sense logically for them to do that given it's just a thing a lot of humans decide to do for reasons like religion etc so the odds of them practicing it is very unlikely but not impossible i mean there are like millions of aliens.
