If the really 40k universe ad to fight furries like this a couple things would happen. Orcs would fight them and probably call them “DUMZ FURZ”. Then the tryanids would eat them for biomass because the furries have no real attack power. The tau would try the “greater good” but fail probably realizing that the furries lust would be a hindrance. And as for chaos, either slaanesh would take the entire race as her followers, burgle would wipe them out with sexually transmitted diseases, or khorne would turn them all into blood. (Tzeentch is currently traumatized from the collective amount of furry porn). As for the human emperor/empire, the planet would be blown up after the first attack
