For Lizards and Snakes the hole is 2 inverted penises and instead of getting erect they turn inside out. For Crocodiles and Turtles its 1 but stored inside the asshole always erect and it slides out. So the artist got inspired by how it works for Crocodiles but gave it an extra hole like Lizards have and made the hole look like a pussy while he made the penis look like that of a canine, while the MC is aslo referred to as a Fox like you said so that Species is propably a mix of Lizards, Crocs and Canine
